Strategic location, excellent service - everything is great. Our standard twin room was decorated in the convenient design. Late check-out was useful. Clean facilities and the pool was good.

Remote location, within easy walking distance of Ha Long beach. This hotel was in a pretty nice area. Welcome drinks at swim-up bar, GREAT service. Nice pool and public beach.

Location was tranquil, staff were extremely friendly, friendly check-in. For breakfast they offered superb food, such as fruit, scrambled eggs, bangers, hot waffles and pastries. They made my stay lovely! There was a cosy restaurant, a night market and the markets next door. Service was impeccable too.

Extra special stay in the shopping area. This place was well-organized and had good staff and location, I loved it. The restaurant was beautiful and the food was tasty.

avocado restaurant is just walking distance from the hotel. location so close to many tourist attractions, including bai chay beach that is set 10 mins on foot.

Taste the food in Vinace Italian Restaurant, you only need to walk 600 feet to reach it. We greatly enjoyed staying at novotel ha long bay
